Modular Manufacturing Operations
This research aims to support manufacturers migrating toward modular and spatial solutions for building. In addition, ITAC support modular builders looking to diversify their operations. This is accomplished through front to back qualitative business and factory operational assessment, lessons learned and observational methods of research. Companies requesting operational consulting from ITAC will benefit from expertise in manufacturing, robotics, BIM modeling, architectural/structural design, and marketing. The following areas of consulting research are offered under this type of service:
